Naveen Kumar is a Growth Partner and SME at Gallup Organization. Served as HR Head for ALJ (Toyota) covering Middle East, North Africa and Europe. He is 6 years young in Rotary & IFMR

The Rider:
Srikanth K P has been an active member of IFMR for three years and a core team member for the past two years.
Accomplishments:
- He has contributed significantly to the community, including participating in the
- IFMR Mental Health Awareness Ride and completing several solo motorcycle journeys.
- One of his most notable rides was a 25-day, 8,000-kilometer expedition across 11 Indian states aboard his Triumph Tiger.
- Professionally, Srikanth works as an Investment Advisor, helping clients manage their investments and capital with the same dedication he brings to his rides.

Prashant Mishra is the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Agnam Advisors LLP, a SEBI-registered Investment Advisory firm specialising in investment advisory, estate structuring, and holistic financial planning for families, CXOs, and entrepreneurs. He also leads Agnam Trusteeship and Family Office Pvt Ltd, providing customised trusteeship and succession planning solutions for multi-generational wealth preservation.
Accomplishments:
- Widely respected as a senior thought leader in India’s financial services industry, Prashant has been recognised among the “40 under 40 Alternative Investment Professionals in India”, an accolade that highlights his innovative work in portfolio management and alternative investments. As a long-distance motorcycle rider, he has completed iconic journeys across India, including high-altitude circuits like Ladakh and Spiti, and has achieved the prestigious Iron Butt Challenge by covering 1600km within 24 hours.

Rtn Jayaprakash Member of Rotary Bangalore Cubbon Park since 2004.
Accomplishments:
- Past President during 2010-11.
- Joined IFMR in 2008, was past Chair of IFMR during 2019-20.
- Have participated in many rides for a cause. Was part of International ride in 2019.
- Active member of many other fellowship groups like Cycling, Cricket and Trekking.

Rtn. Ajit S Ram
Passionate about two wheels, active meditation on the open road and always chasing the next horizon. He believes in riding safe, respecting the machine and pushing his limits responsibly.
Accomplishments:

- Riding Style: Touring, Adventure and Off-road
- Bikes-past : KTM Duke 390, RE Desert Storm 500, RE Interceptor 650, Yezdi Adventure.
- Bikes-present: BMW GS310
- Highlights: Ridden more than one lakh Kms, covered passes like Khardungla, Changla, Zojila, Bomdila, Bumla, Sela, Dachula (Bhutan). Completed “IBA-Saddle Sore” challenge (1610 Kms in 24 hours). Done New Delhi to Bengaluru in 35.5 hours.

Rtn Vinod Agarwal, Charter President of Rotary Bangalore Lakeside,
Accomplishments:
- Won the best club award in the first year, a club of over 16yrs and going strong.
- With IFMR for over 5 yrs, made a presence from day one, participated in
- Him Leh Yan 2021,
- Enchanting N E 7 Sister 2022,
- Spitified 2023,
- Mental Awareness Ride 2023 and
- Happiness Ride Bhutan 2024.
- Part of Core Committee in 22/23, as Secretary in 23/24 and created few benchmark.
- Part of the Round Table movement for more than 32 yrs and held all possible positions and knows working of a fellowship group very well.
The Rider:
Mandar Dixit , Rotarian for last 12 yrs and a IFMR member since 2018, started riding after joining IFMR.
Accomplishments:
- Been part of the Core Committee on several occasions.
- Apart from being a passionate rider is am an active trekker and traveller

Anand Kulkarni a Rotarian of Banashankari club from past 4 yrs n an IFMR member from past 2 yrs.
